These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and uspin ("uspin," "the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your registration, access to, and use of the uspin website located at https://uspin.bid and all associated services, games, and features made available thereon.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing uspin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account you hold with uspin, associated with a unique username, password, and PKR wallet.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money PKR funds held in your uspin Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin equivalents, or other non-cash value awarded by uspin under any promotional scheme.
• "Game" means any casino product, slot title, live dealer stream, sports betting market, video poker variant, or other wagering product offered on the uspin platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process uspin conducts to confirm your identity, age, and source of funds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the uspin platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of Bonus Funds that must be wagered in eligible Games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

Access to and use of uspin is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. uspin does not permit access by persons below this age under any circumstances.
• You are accessing uspin as an individual acting for personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of a corporate entity for commercial gain.
• You are not a Prohibited Person by virtue of any applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction that would render your participation unlawful.
• You are registering only one Account in your true legal name. Duplicate, false, or third-party accounts are prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from uspin or had an Account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

4.1 Registration. To access real-money Games on uspin, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on uspin. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes. You agree to notify uspin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. uspin will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). uspin reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage. You agree to provide, within a reasonable time frame, any documentation requested by uspin to satisfy KYC requirements, which may include a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds.

4.5 Account Suspension. uspin reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other activity inconsistent with these Terms.

5.1 Supported Methods. uspin processes deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods, subject to availability: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) bank transfer, United Bank Limited (UBL) bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and other methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. uspin reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) full KYC verification must be completed; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance net of Bonus Funds; (d) the payment method used for withdrawal must be the same as, or consistent with, the method used for the most recent deposit.

5.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 5 business days depending on the receiving institution. VIP tier status may accelerate processing times as described in the uspin VIP Programme terms.

5.5 No Interest. uspin is not a financial institution. Funds held in your uspin Account do not accrue interest and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available by uspin are subject to specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded by uspin are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game-type restrictions or contribution weightings will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. uspin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that in uspin's reasonable determination constitutes exploitation of promotional terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account balance without compensation.

6.5 Right to Withdraw. uspin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited to a player's Account prior to such withdrawal will be honoured subject to these Terms.

7.1 Random Number Generation. All casino Games on uspin that are determined by chance utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited to ensure that outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by uspin or any third party.

7.2 Game Rules. Each Game available on uspin is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any Game before placing a wager.

7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a Game malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, connectivity disruptions, or display inconsistencies — any wager placed during the malfunction period shall be void and the staked amount returned to the player. uspin shall not be liable for any winnings lost or missed as a result of a Game malfunction.

7.4 Sports Betting. uspin's cricket betting and other sportsbook markets are governed by additional sportsbook rules applicable to each market type, which are displayed within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Settlement of bets on sporting events including PSL matches, T20 internationals, and other cricket fixtures will be determined according to official competition results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on uspin and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform in any manner not authorised by uspin.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting uspin to resolve the dispute.

• Using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose or in connection with any proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in systematic low-variance betting strategies intended solely to abuse bonus wagering requirements.
• Accessing the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating or promoting another gaming business.

All content on the uspin Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the uspin brand name and trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of uspin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the uspin Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content of the uspin Platform without the express prior written consent of uspin.

uspin processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on the Platform at uspin.bid/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted to receive them.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uspin shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.2 uspin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the amount of your real-money PKR Balance held in your Account at the time the cause of action arose.

12.3 uspin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. uspin shall not be liable for losses incurred during such periods.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by uspin's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by uspin.

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your uspin Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money PKR Balance remaining in your Account — net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification.

13.2 Termination by uspin. uspin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, without prior notice, if: (a) you are found to have breached these Terms; (b) uspin is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) uspin determines that continued operation of your Account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to the Platform; or (d) you have been deemed a Prohibited Person.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by uspin — all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that are intended to survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 12, and 15) shall remain in full force and effect.

uspin reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via a notice on the Platform or to your registered email address. Your continued use of uspin following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account as described in Section 13. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uspin is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and uspin in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved, in the first instance, by good-faith negotiation initiated by contacting uspin customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of notification, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration or to the jurisdiction's competent courts, as applicable under the governing law.

uspin's decisions regarding gameplay outcomes, bonus eligibility, account security actions, and KYC requirements are final and shall not be subject to challenge except in cases of demonstrable error or bad faith by uspin.
